- Please keep noise to a minimum especially between the ours
of midnight and 07:00 hrs.
- No towels, clothes etc to be hung over patio walls, balconies,
or gates.
- All household rubbish to be disposed of in the roadside green
rubbish bins just outside of the complex.
- Any person causing wilfull damage to trees or plants will
be made to pay for replacements or repairs.
- No ball or throwing games allowed anywhere within the complex
- Topless sunbathing is not allowed in communal areas
- Only 2 pets allowed per household
- Dogs and animals must be kept on a lead at all times and away from the pool area.
- The feeding of stray animals is prohibited to avoid the spread of rabies
- Cycles and scooters are not to be ridden within the complex.
- No personal possessions, sunbeds, chairs etc to be left around the pool or on grassed areas overnight.
- No individual tv antennas/ dishes are allowed.
- Maximum occupancy for any rented property must not exceed 7 persons
- Owners to be given greater opportunity via email to have an input regarding issues in the community

COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL RULES |
- Pool opening hours are 09:00 - 22:00.
- Shower before entering the pools to maintain cleanliness.
- Only the appropriate swimwear to be worn. ( uv swim wear and white t shirts are acceptable )
- DYED TEE SHIRTS ARE NOT PERMITTED as the chlorine in the pool extracts the dye and this causes the water to discolour.
- Airbeds, lilo's or any other floatation equipment is not allowed.
- ARMBANDS/SWIM AIDS ARE ALLOWED ( However polystyrene sausages must not be used as clubs as they will cause damage to pool pumps & filters).
- BABIES MUST wear special leak proof nappies..
- Non - owners are not allowed to invite outside guests to use the pools.
- Children under 8 years must be supervised by an adult.
- Plastic glasses must be used for drinks.

- Smoking, drinking or eating is not allowed in or around the pool.
- No bottles. Glassware. Crockery. Ring pull cans etc are allowed on grassed areas.
- Only unbreakable containers are allowed
to avoid the hazard of broken glass and feet being cut. IF BLOOD ENTERS THE POOL IT WOULD HAVE TO BE EMPTIED/REFILLED AT CONSIDERABLE EXPENSE TO THE COMMUNITY AND INCONVENIENCE TO USERS.
- No radio or other musical equipment is allowed unless personal earphones are used.
- no balls or objects to be thrown or tossed in the pool or around the grassed areas which could cause injury or annoyance to other community users and damage trees & plants.

ACCESS AND PARKING OF VEHICLES |
- Cars or motorcycles should not be left in no parking areas.
- Owners authorised to park are only allowed one car per household.
- Parking is not allowed on the driveway from the main gate up to House 53
- The 2 disabled parking bays are provided for only those holding an up to date disabled badge. Badges must be displayed at all times whilst cars are in the bays provided.
- Owners/guests are allowed to park to drop off shopping
